Golf Cart Rental Agreement

Complete this before your stay so the golf cart (a low-speed vehicle) is ready for you at check-in. You'll take a photo of your driver's license and auto insurance card. Each person who will drive the cart fills out their own form, and every driver must be at least 21.

How your information is protected. Your form and photos are encrypted the moment you submit them and sent to the owner of Sunset Belle, who is the only one able to open them. No readable copy is kept on this website's server.
